Roy's Squeeze Inn — Restaurant in Ypsilanti Charter Township

I recently went to the Ellsworth location, ordered $50+ worth of burgers to bring back to the office. I noticed I was shorted 1 burger so I called the restaurant and could have my burger if I went back and picked it up that day. I explained I was back at work and it was 2pm and the person I bought the burger for had found something else to eat. All I wanted was a credit for the next time I went there for a burger. The young lady on the phone needs training on how to talk with customers so I left a message for the owner to call me back. I have never heard from him so I just take it as a life lesson and will NEVER return to this location. They also messed up my boss' order and the burgers were way over salty.

I love the Big Squeeze burger but will only go to the E. Michigan location in the future. That location has great service, food and outstanding...

Food, for what is would be a 5, service, until today would a 5, but today's service was horrible....the waitress, who said she's been a manager there for 3 years was so rude..never seen that psycho there before. When I got there my sugar was very low and I just wanted to order and go....she said something about them not having ranch and I said I know, them she continued on and on with babble, making excuses for a don't know what...I politely said that's enough... I'm already feeling miserable enough with my sugar plummetted, well she went off the deep end, harassing me even when I was heading to my car. I finally did flip her off, the crazy was yelling at me thru the window. I won't be back to the Michigan Ave location and I will make sure none of my friends go either.....you've just lost a lot of business due to someone who shouldn't...

I’ve been coming here since I was little and wow, nothing has changed. This burger is still one of the best I’ve ever had in the country. I can’t tell you what they use to seize the burger patty, but it is just so distinctive and flavorful that you really don’t need any toppings. You also must have the potato wedges those are seasoned and crispy and also delicious. I just really appreciate little gems like this being able to stay open especially through the pandemic. I wish the restaurant team and the owner nothing but success and I will always drop in whenever I’m in town.. Thank you guys and sorry my pictures are crazy looking.
