My family visited Khadi's Cuisine for late lunch today. We started with the Fatayas, which were similar to sambousek or empanadas and were fantastic. My husband had the Red snapper which was very fresh and tasty. My son had lamb curry stew which was well seasoned and delicious. My younger son had Yassa chicken with carmelized onions and I had the Cebu Guinar...the rice with this dish was amazing as well as the cabbage . There was a piece of chicken thigh on the bone that was seasoned and lightly pan fried (and/or baked) nicely, a vegetable stew, and a stewed or well cooked cabbage dish, and fried and non fried rice. It seemed generally healthy and nutritious. Service was very friendly. And the place seems very family oriented. They have a few parking spots in front. Read moreMy boyfriend and I recently tried Khadi's Cuisine, our first experience with African cuisine. We ordered Lamb Michoui, Red Sniper, and fried plantains "to go." The food was incredibly moist and delicious, particularly the Lamb Michoui with its tender, flavorful lamb - would HIGHLY recommend this! The Red Sniper had just the right amount of spice and paired well with the crispy fried plantains. The staff provided exceptional service, making the experience even better.
