TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! And LIES!!! RIP OFF AND RUDE TO GUESTS!! We hired to cater my daughter's wedding and was an absolute disaster! Very dissatisfied and actually offended that she flat out LIED straight to the groom and my face. Was supposed to be, and paid for, rice and beans for 100 people and did not receive ANY. NOT ONE serving to any guest! Although she LIED directly to us and said they served some at the beginning. I verified this with all guests and nobody received any rice and beans! Not only that, we had an emergency set back where the ceremony needed to be pushed back one hour and she refused to work with us on adjusting the time frame. Result was that the guests were rushed through the line, didn't get to choose, and staff was complaining to our wedding guests. That's completely unacceptable! Was supposed to be unlimited tacos for the duration of their stay and because she refused to adjust our time slot by even 30 minutes, some guests only had 3 little tacos and some almost didn't eat at all if I wouldn't have insisted that they make a few more veggie tacos before they left. We decided to have tacos tao cater our wedding; huge mistake. I paid for unlimited tacos and rice and beans for 100 people. The lady was very rude to our guest. Some guest do not eat pork some don't eat red meat and some are vegetarians. Tacos Tao told them that they don't get a choice and they just get what they get. Second they never served rice and beans. Not one serving of rice and beans and then lied to me and my father in law saying that they did in the beginning and ran out. After asking all of my guest come to find out not one person got served rice and beans but charged me every penny. Tacos were not fresh made and were very dry. Tacos Tao was not the cheapest option but we decided to support a local small family business and we regret choosing Tacos Tao to help celebrate our special day. We had Taco’s Tao from Yreka California cater for our wedding, and sadly they didn’t deliver some of the food and horrible customer service. We ordered three types of unlimited tacos and rice and beans. Not once did anyone get any rice and beans. And then they lied to my step dad and husband that they did. Come to figure out from all our guest they didn’t get any. On top of that finding out later on they where VERY rude and disrespectful to our wedding guests who came hundred's of miles to celebrate to just get treated disrespectfully.
