Beach Hut Deli — Restaurant in Yuba City

This place is HORRIBLEEEEEEE . Where do I start off , cashier was taking my order while literallly slobbering and wiping her mouth with her hands and then grabbing the screen and taking my credit card . While also touching her hair 🙄, I then needed napkins because apparently they don’t wipe down the tables and their was a hair and previous food from other customers smfh . I asked for napkins and the employee was very rude & said I could grab them myself , after waiting for a 30 minute wait like they said , we waited over and hr . Customer came inside with our sandwiches bc they gave them to a wrong person , after all that bs they whispered with one another to just wrap my sandwiches and give them to me when one sandwich was opened a bitten down .this place needs to be closed down! Or some thing has to be done . It’s disgusting 🤮. The girl preparing the sandwiches had her bangs all over her face grabbing her pants to wipe down whatever she touched . Bad bad place to...

Ordered a "catered" sandwich platter for my employees at the motocross track in Marysville for a company ride day. Placed the order 1 day ahead of time to make sure there were no delays. The sandwiches were ordered for 11:00 delivery.

At 11:15 I called and was told that they were running late and we wouldn't see the food for another ten minutes.

Called 30 minutes later and was told that the food was "dropped off at the address I provided" when it was not.

I was met with a bad attitude by the gal on the phone and told that they would "take a loss if I wanted to interrupt our company activity and send someone down to pickup the sandwiches and that they would not deliver (which I paid extra for delivery)

Asked for a refund that I haven't gotten...

As far as the interior and outside seating goes, it's a traditional Beach Hut. This location used to be decent, a 4 star if you will, however the lack luster attitude and distracted staff has long since ruined this location. We went in, ordered a total of 4 sandwhiches. The staff took our order and then proceeded to talk amongst themselves about their drinking the night before as well as cussing loud enough we could hear it half way across the building. We waited almost 30 minutes before the food was ready, when there was 5 staff only 2 were actually working. 1 making sandwhiches was doing so with her mask around her neck. We will not be coming back to this location nor recommending...
