Worse experience on a long time! I've given them several tries since the newest owners took over a few years ago but this is it. Today's experience consisted of flow customer service dry and old Pizza and not to mention a half-empty salad bar. Lunch specials advertised outside for 6.99 was at actually 7.99 even though I just wanted water to drink. I have had round tables lunch special and the employees usually ask if there's not a pizza there I would like just let them know and they can have one made. That was not the case at Mountain Mike's. There was barely any pizza left and there were two of us eating. The pizza that was there was dry and looked old and most of it had jalapenos on it. I particularly do not like jalapenos. No other pizza was brought out or was offered. Even the salad bar was half empty. We got there a little bit before 1:30 and the special was going on until 2. I completely understand if they're not wanting to waste any food however if you have paying customers I don't understand why you would not put your best foot forward to make sure they have a great experience. She says āhmmm good question.ā ā I donāt know the addressā ā I think this is the butte house locationā so she canāt even help me to see if Iām at the correct location because she doesnāt know the address of her work. Then I show her my phone and she says ohhhh thatās cause itās dine-in⦠yup it is. So now itās 5:20 and she states itās going in fresh now⦠please whoever owns this restaurant, make sure ur employees know the address or can find orders in the computer.
Now there is a customer who canāt eat onions. So the girl picked them off in the back and told her that itās ok cause green onions donāt have a taste ....

There was miscommunication between the STORE manager and the employee about my soccer leagues coupon for their soccer party. And after I already paid he then had the employee tell me it was their mistake and needed to charge me more. I refused and asked to speak with him. He called the store phone which is located by the register and what started as a good conversation ended in him yelling at me over the phone! What terrible customer service. In front of all the customers and kids he had the nerve to yell at a paying customer. Ridiculously rude and have been attempting to get ahold of corporate ever since. I can not believe that a manager would yell at a customer like this. It must be...
