A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Yukon

This place was terrible! I normally do not leave reviews, but this was awful. They did not have fries which was understandable, but the burgers they gave us were cold like refrigerator cold, the order was completely wrong, the Rootbeer float and freezes were warm and running all over the cups. The onion rings and cheese curds were burnt, we waited around 20 minutes for cold food. They had locked the door to where you could not go in to correct the order. The employees seemed like they were not trained and a simple order was completely overwhelming to where they threw everything in the bag cold or burnt, we spent $45 on food we literally had to throw away. We will not be back I’m just hoping nobody gets food poisoning from the little bits that were tried before trashing. This is completely unacceptable and if I owned this restaurant and it was ran this way I would be embarrassed...

If I could leave lower stars, I would. The food itself was bad. The rice bowl was drowning in sauce, which made the food too sour. The chili dog was caked in mustard and onion. The A&W root beer itself has lost carbonation. The hushpuppies were greasy. That's just the food.

The cleanliness of the store is horrid. This place is a dump. Behind the soda machine, you can see layers of dust and grime. The bathroom was missing a whole urinal and the mirrors were foggy from terrible cleaning. The floors feel greasy and slippery under my shoes. NO JOKE, I walked into the restaurant, there was a dust pile that was left out from someone no finishing their sweeping. THERE WAS A COCKROACH IN THE PILE!!

This makes me sad because I grew up with A&W and this is just heartbreaking to see this place in such...

It's rare that I walk into a restaurant and immediately want to bolt. This place was one of the most disappointing establishments I've been to in years. The guy at the checkout counter kept asking our party to repeat their order because he was hard of hearing. That's a terrible first impression and a bad move on management. We were also told that there was no ice cream of any kind for floats, malts or anything else they had advertised all over the nasty place. All of that aside, the food was not up to the standards I'm used to from this particular chain. The hand crafted root beer was also rather flat. I will never come back to this particular...
