Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Yuma

I've never been to a Jack in the Box before, and for a fast food restaurant, this particular one was a lovely experience. Maggie, the manager, was so friendly and helpful, greeting everyone, helping them beyond the norm, very friendly and great energy. She rubbed off on everyone, and by the time I left I had talked to everyone in the place. It was more like being in a small town restaurant than a chain. I had the Jumbo Platter, so I wouldn't have to eat the rest of the day. Much better deal than other chain, it also could have fed two, so for $10 two people could share and for a bit extra each have hash browns and coffee. That would make it a very good deal for these days. Thanks Maggie, I actually enjoyed my breakfast and the atmosphere here. Lets face it if you have a disability do not go to this place, none of the associates are capable or trained to help anyone that is hearing impaired, including the Manager. What kind of business turns away any customer specially when they have a disability? You should be glad that they come to you as we all keep you in business, keep you employed and put a paycheck in your pocket. You need to appreciate every customer that comes to your location. The manager needs to be retrained or removed from the position, the example set by the manager to the employees was the worst. to the best of my knowledge, this is the location of the infamous Yuma Jack In The Box fight video on youtube (go ahead and look the video up, there’s a part where a guy knocks out 2 other people and himself with one punch). for that reason, i will be reviewing this Jack more as a historical landmark and not as a fast food franchise. upon my last visit with friends, the employees seemed okay with us taking pictures where the fight occurred, like if they knew the context. the location is kind of odd as it’s on the outskirts of the mall but that’s fine. food was okay i got...
