Terrible experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. The food was horrible, only 1 person out of our group got good food.
The service was very slow, I was the only one at our table that got a refill. They packed the cup with ice to the top. So, we were out of drinks quickly. The 1st waitress took our order then I am not sure what happen to her. I think they switched our waitresses.
A waiter brought us our appetizers. which we ordered with ranch, and the waitress said they would switch those. Since they charge for sauce by cup. The waiter asked us the name of our waitress, which we didnât catch and only saw one or two times. He was a bit rude and said he would figure it out. This was so they could charge us for the sauce they said was included with the appetizer.
The chicken sandwich had a single drizzle of sauce in the middle of the sandwich and that was it. the Chicken is breaded so it holds sauce which make the sandwich dry. And the waitress stopped coming around, so I just ate it because we were in the middle of a long drive about 21-hour day. I had no hope that they waitress would bring back more sauce for the sandwich in a timely manner.
They covered the fries in pepper for my 6-year-old. Her mac and cheese tasted strange, so she ate my fries and carrots for dinner. They forgot the dry rub on one order and went very light and 2 other orders. They went very very light on all sauce, then charged for addition if we could find a waiter or waitress to get it for us. My wife asked for a sauce switch at the time of order. Which again they ran out of the included ones and charged us for them. It took about 2 hours for dinner, and we saw the waitresses a half dozen times.
I did see the manager, who leaned on a table in front of me flexing his muscles for a female at that table. But he made sure that table had great food, great drinks. Maybe their manager should take time to manage the restaurant and go to the club after work to hit on women. No, I couldnât hear them but his demeanor was that of a young man at the club, not a manager at a restaurant.
Out of 120 dollar meal, there might have been 20 bucks of ok food. Yes, when the bill came we just paid it. Again, I wanted to get back on the road and get something for my...

I went in for dinner to Buffalo Wild Wings with a colleague, I had not visited in about a year and I shouldâve stayed away because the visit was very disappointing.
We sat in the bar area and our waiter came out and greeted my colleague and I, we are not uneducated simpletons so we asked the waiter âHow are you?â to which he replied very dry âTiredâ that shouldâve been my first red flag to leave but alas we stayed and looked over the menu and another couple sat in the bar area all in that same time frame. About 10 minutes pass by and the waiter comes back and gets our order, meanwhile the couple in another table got their drinks and order in. 15 minutes go by and the couple got their food, my colleague and I had watered down drinks because the ice melted from waiting for our food.
I believe we waited 30 minutes for our food, our waiter was parading around the bar area sitting with other patrons and giving them free glass cups. We got our food and at this point we were unamused and ate, we wanted to leave because there was a drunk gentleman in the area who was being obnoxious. Our waiter did not offer to refill our drinks AT ANY TIME, we had to ask for the check and boxes as well.
Service was atrocious and itâs even more patronizing to not be acknowledged at all during the visit, the food was the same as always you canât really mess up chicken wings.
Iâm not expecting a gourmet experience, however I expect good service.
PS. If youâre tired, talk to your manager about changing...
Read moreI had a poor experience this visit. Even after allowing time to pass to reflect, my opinion remains the same. We went to BWW for a group lunch event. One of our party members knew they couldnât stay the whole time so she ordered food to go so she could eat and visit in the short time before she had to leave. In the meantime we all ordered food with our server. She received her food and was visiting with us at our table that was already occupied by the other 7 of us. Then suddenly she was asked to leave the facility because she âordered her food to go, and was not allowed to eat it in the restaurant.â When I addressed my concern with the manager they mentioned that this was their âpolicy.â The manager continued to explain that they donât get charged fees to eat in the restaurant. Excuse me. She bought and payed for her food from you. She was brought a water at the table but she literally was leaving and there were 7 other paying customers who all bought food and drinks. I understand âpolicyâ but I donât understand how a paying customer is not allowed to eat the food in the restaurant at a table with other paying customers. Not to mention, how humiliating it is to be asked to leave the facility in front of all your peers. To be honest had we all not already all ordered our food we all would have walked out. But that would have been wrong. Our server didnât deserve that so we didnât. When as a society did we become so black and white that we forget there is a person or a customer on the other side. Take care of people and they will take care of you. Iâm still sick about it. Please tell me how this is ok?...
