Target — Local services in Yuma

I am a frequent shopper, and unfortunately, I’ve noticed that regardless of the time of day—whether it’s opening hours, mid-day, or near closing—the store is consistently in a state of disarray. It’s not just disorganized; it’s absolute chaos.

Every section of the store, with the exception of the groceries, is cluttered, unstocked, and often impossible to navigate. Items are misplaced or missing, shelves are empty or messy, and the store layout is so poorly maintained that even the Target app is unreliable for locating products in-store.

There have been times I’ve walked in on weekend mornings around 9 or 10 a.m., hoping to shop in a clean and orderly store—but instead, I’ve turned right back around and left after seeing no improvement whatsoever. This has happened on multiple occasions, and it’s extremely disappointing.

I’ve even recorded video evidence of the store’s condition and strongly believe this issue requires corporate attention. If staffing shortages are the issue, I urge you to evaluate your hiring and staffing strategies. If it’s a scheduling or training issue, please ensure your team is equipped to manage tasks more efficiently and maintain the store’s standards.

A couple days ago i purchased these beautiful pair of knives at the self checkout and the short employee with glasses there was just EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I had my mother and my 7 month baby with me. We needed the employees help with an alarm but my baby had an accident and spit up seconds before. I asked the employee for help. He took the knives after i was done paying… then he came back with paper towels and slammed them on the checkout counter and exclaimed “HERE ARE SOME TOWELS!” We were shocked so we just stood there for a moment and my mother started cleaning it up… i had my baby crying and however i could i didn’t let her clean it. After cleaning up this heartless employee just stood there and watched. After we were done cleaning spit up off the floor he then took the paper towels and then decided to give us the knives. No mom should go through this. I don’t think it was okay that he did this but I could tell he wasn’t mentally okay. He was just a miserable arrogant...

I am a frequent Target shopper and traveler. Yuma is where I permanently reside which is why this is so disappointing. I love Target as many other people do, but this particular location has lately been consistently destroyed and chaotic. Many items are stolen directly from packages with the trash from said item thrown onto the floor. The toy aisles are completely destroyed. I understand Summer break, but only to a certain extent. Other Target locations are experiencing Summer vacations and young teens shopping too, but not in complete disarray and thrashed. I hope to see change soon. I've been grateful to be able to go to other locations in other cities and states for a proper Target shopping experience we all love as customers.
