Honey Leaf Boba — Restaurant in Yuma

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment. I found a long hair tangled in my boba drink, which was beyond disgusting. I tried reaching out multiple times via phone—no answer. I messaged them on social media, even providing photos, and they completely ignored me. To make matters worse, after seeing my message, they went on to post on their business page as if nothing had happened.

On top of that, the teenage staff are consistently rude, acting as if customers are an inconvenience just for existing. This is not a one-time issue but a pattern. Customer service is clearly not a priority here, and it really shows. Unfortunately, in Yuma, there’s only one other boba place in this small town, so people are left having to just deal with it.

Update: The owner was able to try and make things right. I am unsure if the idea of great customer service and cleanliness has been discussed with the employees, which I am hoping it was. I like the idea of anyone that is able to admit when they have made mistakes publicly and attempt...

My absolute favorite boba shop. The tapioca pearls (boba) are very soft, unlike other places I've been, and to me that makes the whole drink taste much better. Wide range of flavors as well as smoothies and coffee which I don't get very much, but based on my family's experience with those coffees and smoothies, I can only imagine they're just as good as my usual order. Service is great, very friendly. Sometimes they are a little bit less friendly at times when they're busy, but I can understand the stress, so I don't complain about it. The atmosphere is amazing, it has this kind of cute café feel, and I love that. I do wish that they put up the post-it note board, though. It gave a nice and warm small town feeling, and I loved to look at the notes whilst I was waiting for my drink, but now there is a shelf filled with cookies. (that are really good in my brother's opinion) Overall, this place is very nice and is definitely one of my go-tos when I'm in the mood for boba. Been here tens of times and don't plan to stop...

Definitely one of the best boba shops I've ever been to but there's just a slightly problem I have. The store is supposed to close at 8PM just like it says, but it always closes up much earlier than that. Today I went there at 7:40 PM and it was closed. And yet you guys might think well they need to clean up. I totally understand but can't you do it after 8PM and could you possible close the boba shop just like it says in the schedule? I know they should clean up but they should also fullfil with what a client says. I feel like it would be different if the manager would be there. I hope I'm not the only one whose bothered by this.
