Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Yuma

My heart goes out to thier employees!!! This place is a complete madhouse!!! I am going to assume they must have some great deals because it's the absolute busiest store in Yuma that have ever attempted to shop in. Thats on the very few occasions I have. The other day I was looking for "ugly sweaters" for christmas and I could barely walk thru the whole store it was so packed. We ultimately left and went elsewhere. The employees were super nice and said hello when we came in, but honestly the way the customers were just grabbing things and putting things where they dont belong, and the lines to check out wrapped around the store....it was like a living breathing black friday nightmare but NOT on a crazy sale day. Those employees are some serious troopers working there🙌🙌🙌 I genuinely hope Ross recognizes thier...

Let's start with who is this store for. In their slogan "Dress For Less."Is clearly stated that their products are the lowest prices in the market. This is good if you want to save some money while shopping for clothes. On the other hand, the store is messy everywhere. The clothes are not categories properly and good luck finding clothes if your size is the same of the majority of their customers who buy there (Usually is M). You have to look around to find something good to buy. Also, they have other things other than clothes like headphones, phones batteries, phones case, etc. Other than that is a good way to save money if you don't care about the presentation of the store and dealing with longs lines. Although i love their selection of homewares and other miscellaneous items, this has got to be one of the worst Ross stores I've ever seen when it comes to womens clothing and shoes; the selection is ridiculously limited in style & color options, and they very rarely have cute anything... (If its not awkwardly cut or skimpy, its drab, garish or near outright ugly. And most of the fabric is cheap quality.) I have no idea who gets the say so on what is in their shipments, but if its anything besides corporate resposibility, please get some new inventory selectors! Ross as a company, I've always enjoyed shopping at. And in other towns I've lived in or near, it's always been one of my favorite stores. I find much better options at Goodwill of Yuma than...
