3 stars for service could be a 4. I try n take how busy they were at that moment into account. But this is second time going there that order was messed up n missing items. A entire meal was missing and instead of just handing me the missing sauces and garlic breads from the other meals They continue to fill other orders and I wait another 10 min just for that missing meal to be wrong as well and wait another 5 min for 2 sauces and a garlic bread that could have just been simply handed to me. The food is fine. The kids love it and everyone is different. I like the simple menu and if u never have had it I would recommend trying it at least once. And make ur own mind up. I can say kids make us stop when ever we travel and come across one. I also have to say it is very very expensive for a family of 5 to go there...

Loved the food in Arkon/Canton area but the customer service here could be better. They are requiring masks even with a medical condition. I will NOT suggest, recommend or go to this store til they learn how to properly run a store! I am legally allowed not to wear a mask if i have a medical condition. Refusing service to people like that is like disobeying or going against peoples LEGAL rights! This place needs NEW MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES THAT LISTEN! I asked if it was required if i had asthma and she still wanted me to wear a mask! They DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO FORCE A MASK! ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE ABIDING BY STATE/LOCAL FACE MASK RULES! THEY CLEARLY STATE IF SOMEONE HAS COPD OR OTHER BREATHING ISSUES THEY ARE NOT REQUIRED...

Push the door and be healed by the smiling eyes of the green-shirted, curly-haired lady! Freshly fried chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, buttered toast is so flavorful that you want to lick your fingers, and French fries dipped in secret sauce are straight-up divine! The food comes out as fast as lightning, and the average person eats like a happy man for 50 bucks. Although the meal is a little crowded, but the service is still sweet to the bomb - did not catch the name of the cashier is definitely a happy switch! A new stronghold for workers' lunches +1 for locking up this conscientious little store!...
