Let me start off by saying I live in Ocala and I would drive an hour and a half just to get help from this store again after the amazing customer service I got this weekend. My phone was stolen at a fair close by and I needed to get a new one to get things off the old phone so no one could access it. I came in and explained to Gerald the situation. He was very attentive, listened to my concerns and was reassuring of my security concerns when it came to making sure no one could access it my information from the phone. The store was busy so he had help from Mo. I told Mo my budget concerns along with what kind of performance I need from the phone since I use it frequently for work and school. When it came to the phone selections and he gave me loads of options for my budget and phone plan I currently have. He also did not try to upsell me into something he knew I wouldn’t need or would blow the budget and would give me buyer remorse. When it came to switching everything over the two men were great with helping me get everything switched over. When I did have an issue taking the phone off restriction (an error from Sprint not the two gentlemen helping me) they were very patient in getting the number restored and apologized that it took longer than expected (again not their fault by any means). Read moreI had a great experience at my local Tmobile store in Zephyrhills Florida on 9/18/25. I am a long standing customer of tmobile for 20 years. I came in to get my warranty phone exchange when I was greeted by the manager Currin. There was a wait and he immediately put me in the waiting cue in his tablet so I knew when it was my turn. It was a long wait because they were busy and my phone had updates and had to transfer everything over. He offered everyone waiting a drink and chips. He also kept checking back on everyone waiting to make sure that they were ok while helping his own customers and helping his employees that need help. He was Awesome. I also received help from an associate name Fabiana. She was Awesome too. She was able to continue to checking on my phone from time to time to make sure everything was good and also took a small payment for the phone I received for the warranty of $5.00 and gave me a receipt so I would be ready to go when my phone was ready. I would Recommend this store to everyone, just bring a little patience, because there are always busy everyday and everyone there is courteous and friendly.

Read moreUp until now, I had nothing to say but good things about this store. Now, I hope they close! I’ve reported them to corporate along with the managers name. I brought my receipt, I paid cash for my bill, they then autopayed my next months bill over 2 weeks early. Almost $500 just gone. Every other store said they can refund my cash paid, but this one couldn’t bother to have the decency to do it. That manager isn’t going to buy my groceries or give me gas to get to work, so why did they think it was okay to take my next bill early? I’m cancelling service and I can’t wait. I’ll happily pay a little extra and take my business elsewhere. Any other carrier would be better than this, and has better employees who actually want to help and understand that people plan out their bills. I guarantee if the rolls were reversed he would want someone to help him out instead of just being a jerk and not wanting to do the work. Sprint customer care and multiple other stores said it can be done, yet he wouldn’t do it. Lovely...
