I have passed by Florya café many times and I always wondered who visited this place, I thought foreigners did. So, my friend who arrived from US, invited me to this place )) Small place inside with 2 levels. Meals are really good and delicious, the service is good too. The worst thing that happens here, and I think this is the main reason why you should AVOID this this café is, because being located in the heart of Tashkent there are beggars and different people who sell useless stuff and annoy you while you try to enjoy the evening with your friend or girlfriend. So, 1st came the woman at her 60ies who went in the middle of café and begged for money from each table, and NOBODY of the staff cared, they just passed next to her without asking to leave. Just be patient and go farther for another café, fortunately Tashkent has...

Perhaps this cafe would be more appropriate as a chill out place over a cuppa as the all fresco area...

The food was very nice. The waiters very friendly and keen to help. It would of been an easy five stars had it not been for the deserts. The cheesecake was old, dry and tasted like it came out of a box. And one of the most expensive things on the menu? Really not on par of what the rest of the restaurant have to offer. One star gone...
