Before I had a drink, I asked how much it would cost in total, drinking outside with an outrageous service cost 25% plus taking home another liter. When I went to pay this all, the not so nice lady charged me much more. As I didn't want to pay all that extra money, she told the waiter to not give me the other liter beer. I don't understand the extra charge of 30k soms for nothing. Did take the beer after all. And paid. But why paying for no service and a plastic cup they throw away after all. Not recommended. Unlike in Pelikan you can't order a mug of beer, instead you have to order a litre in a PET bottle and they'll give you a glass to drink it from... I'm sure they could follow Pelikan and serve it in pints as, if you're by yourself, a litre is a lot to get through especially if you want to try a few of them!
