Good pizza using premium toppings and quality cheese. The dough was decent, but I have had better. The iced chocolate blended drink was very good. They accept credit cards, including contactless tap and pay digital wallet payments via phone (i.e., NFC mobile payments), without any annoying surcharges, which I like. They have streetside outdoor seating and indoor seating upstairs with some aircon. The seating is tight with tables spaced very close together. There is a small washroom located upstairs. Unfortunately, they are not honest with regard to pricing. I was told I could do half and half with the speciality pizzas, so I ordered half Divola and half Salsiccia. When the bill came, they correctly charged VND 100k (half of VND 200k) for the Divola, but instead of charging me VND 95k (half of VND 190k) for half the Salsiccia, they charged me VND 105k. I asked about this error, and they told me to wait while they call the owner. After a few minutes, I just gave up waiting and paid the overpriced bill. They then told me that whenever you order half and half that there is a VND 10k charge, which is false since that isn't disclosed on the menu and it would otherwise appear on the bill that way; not as an inflated price on just one half of the pizza. It's only VND 10k, but what a dumb way for a business to lose a customer over such a small amount. Next time, just acknowledge your error, honor the menu prices, charge customers the proper amount, and resolve the internal issues at close of business. Nearby 4P pizza offers a much better experience (and pizza); I suggest you go there if in the mood for quality pizza and...
Read moreThis place provided the worst customer service I experienced during our 2 week stay in Vietnam. We went in for a meal at 9pm after visiting a local opticians. There were a few other customers in, but the staff didn’t seem interested in attending to any of the tables. Whilst we were all sat upstairs, they remained downstairs, occasionally coming up to take orders. There were many dishes that were unavailable but this wasn’t noted on the shabby menus. As an example, only 1 of the 5 San pellegrino cans were in stock and there was no pasta carbonara or many of the smoothies. When the waitress was taking our order, her colleague walked through the restaurant laughing and joking with a rose behind his ear. This distracted our waitress to the point where she turned away from me when I was ordering and started to chat to her colleague. It was extremely rude. After we ordered, our food came quite quickly. It was ok but not served hot, rather a little warm like it had been microwaved. But the drinks took ages - we had finished our food by the time they came. I also had to go downstairs and ask the staff when they would arrive and interrupt them all stood around laughing and joking. I would not...
Read moreI (we and here I talk about my wife and friends) have seriously no idea how this place can have a rating that high. There is nothing that can be described as good. Service... well, there are people existing that pretend to be servers but that does not mean that they can serve. Slow, not attentive, not assisting just drink and food taxi....( yes, we know it sounds hard but it is what we experienced). Wont say much about the drinks just standard if available. Let's get to the food. Basically, we came hungry and we left hungry. Pizza doesnt deserve the name whilst the dough was still acceptable the toppings were not as they were basically not much topped. All pasta overcooked and even served a SWEET Spaghetti Bolognese ... Carbonara swimming in cream with garlic and mushrooms.... the salad dressing no flavor ... steak ordered medium rare delivered more or less medium well and for this quality way overpriced... and yeah last but not least you can choose your toppings for the pizza... so called prime topping salami etc.... but how to do when not available? All in all that was the worst experience in maximum as low scale bistro style ambiance we had in over a...
