“Bún chả” is a traditional and popular dish in Vietnam, probably only after “Phở” and “Bánh mỳ kẹp thịt” (Vietnamese sandwich). It looks pretty simple to prepare, but it’s simpleness makes it difficult to stand out. This restaurant has the best “Bún chả” in Danang, and would compete well with even the best ones in Hanoi, the birthplace of this dish. The softness and juiciness of the barbecued meat, particularly the fatty pieces, and the well-balanced and flavored mixture of the dipping sauce (fish sauce, sugar, vinegar etc.) makes this dish here memorable. We had tried another spot but their fish sauce was too salty (Da Nang people tend to eat saltier) and we didn't care for it like we do here! However, this place might be a little too sweet because I have to squeeze like 6-8 calamansi limes ro offset the sweetness, but I'm not complaining. It's good, the grilled pork belly and meat was great, the smokiness really hits the spot, and their egg rolls were both flavorful and delicious with that perfect crisp crunch!

Read moreIf I can I will give this little place10 star -I coming back multiple time.This dish with fermented green papaya fermented carrot and fish sous make my stomach so happy.I think they use some old recipes for create this soup.Its absolutely healthy dish.Also spring rolls very different then in another places-it’s gently crisp and very balanced combination between rice cabbage and mushrooms.Greens always very fresh and include different combinations of healthy greens like nettle leaves shiso leaves,mint,salat greens .I guess this little place very soon get Michlen recommendations.Chef don’t like to share...
