We ordered 4 dishes and they are all disappointing. Worst was the service. Every dish came very slow and not only that the dishes came one at a time with long breaks in between. The first dish came and no rice, we had to remind them to bring the rice and by the time they brought the rice, my kids had already eaten most of the dish. By the time the second dish came, the rice was cold, oh the second dish was a vegie and we ate the veggies with rice without any other dishes to compliment. This just carried on until the last dish that I requested to cancel because it was just getting ridiculous. I then asked for the bill and then finally they brought us the chicken... the very dry and tasteless chicken. The worst dish of them all. Oh, just in our final dish, they brought us the serviettes. Something that should be available on the table. And I had to ask for the bill twice. For such a large restaurant and pricy, they should consider to provide better service.

Restaurant looking good and like the atmosphere. But this restaurant is the worst place that I've visited in Vietnam till now. Visited about 5pm SAT. Non-fluent staffs so the manager took my order instead. She reminded me of the name of dishes again for a confirmation. Two dishes were served on time but not for other two. Waited for an hour more even if all dishes for other customers were already served So I asked how long does it take at last but she didn't answer at all without any clear explanation and wanted us to stay more.
