Service: Unfortunately, both the people who served me weren’t overly friendly, but since I was the only customer the service was fast. One thing that was a little annoying was both of them were watching videos on their phones, and since the volume was quite loud, it disturbed the music that was playing. I appreciate I was the only customer and they were probably bored, but it shouldn’t impact the customer experience. Rating: 2/5

Atmosphere: They have Indoor and outdoor seating. Indoors: Seating: A mixture of padded and wooden chairs. Lighting: Good and Bright To keep you cool, they had air conditioning, a ceiling and portable fan. Outdoors: Seating: A mixture of metal padded and high back deck chair’s. During my visit they played some nice upbeat music. To keep you cool they had some portable fans. In addition to the staff watching videos on their photos, there was also some random drilling noise that was extremely loud and again impacted the overall atmosphere. Rating: 3/5

Note: After living in Da Nang for over 1 year, and visiting numerous coffee shops, this is only the second coffee shop who didn’t provide any complimentary water or ice tea. 😢

The day returning to Vietnam means the meaning of an international student. Meaningful trip in DaNang After days of visiting many places in DaNang city, we temporarily stopped at Tie Tag Coffee ( 18 Thai Phien Street, Phuoc Nich Ward, Hai Chau District, Da Nang city) to enjoy many delicious drinks. We went in a group of 10 people and ordered many of sygnature drinks such as creamy egg milk tea, seasame latte, purple sweet potato latte, pink guava sparkling, fruit tea, more especially coconut coffee,mango smoothie and matcha latte is very suitable for tour groups. In addition, there are many drinks that we haven't had the opportunity to enjoy, you can see on the picture. Here, we are warmly welcomed by the staff, serving wholeheartedly and very friendly. Above all, Tie Tag Coffee also help us to store our luggage convenient for going out without having to worry...

all the coffe we tried taste great! shout out esp to the creamy egg coffee (cold). thats the best one. the sea salt coffee is great as well.

if youre a cocout lover, definitely recommend the coconut cake. firm sponge cake swimming in flavourful coconut milk. i also enjoyed the macha cake roll as well. this should be the standards for roll cakes.

lastly i wanna say the service is the best yet. not only did they help with the drinks ordering but also with booking a taxi for us. very grateful for that!
