Down Under is a Sports Bar and Grill. (Google seems to have pegged it as a hotel, the Hana Hotel which is in the same building but they are separate businesses) I dine here several times a month, and am familiar with the menu. The food is in Aussie slang "fair dinkum tucker" which means great food! Good salads. The burgers are juicy. The wagyu steak prepared sous vide is tender and delicious. The nachos are made from real corn tortillas, There's an Asian dish: dan noodles which is flavorful and generous with the beef. The chicken parmesan is one of my favorites. It's served Aussie style with chips instead of spaghetti, but if you ask they'll make it with spaghetti and charge only a little more. They'll prepare your food the way you like it.
