Nestled in a small Vietnamese alley community in the old quarter, this cafe is a bright, cute, and calming break from the hectic streets of Hanoi. The cafe is designed with a cohesive visual aesthetic in mind whilst giving a diverse experience with every corner setup being a bit different. The furniture layout allows you to be immersed in the design space but also allows for privacy. The owners' quirky and eclectic taste shows through the use of chandeliers, decorations, and mix matched chairs and tables. The drinks are full of creative flavours that differ from what is found in other Hanoi cafes. The teas and lemonades bring together Vietnamese flavours to give you a light refreshment that is still packed with flavour. The coffee and matcha drinks are classics with a fun twist that leave you wanting more. Overall, a quiet relaxing place. (One star docked for difficulty...
Read moreGreat little spot in a quaint alley community. This area is a quiet part of the old quarter and seems to be well preserved, both in terms of the community and in terms of the architecture. There are signs everywhere that discourage smoking and taking videos and pictures to maintain the atmosphere for residents. The cafe has been around for over 3 years and drinks quality has only improved over time. Food is not always guaranteed, but yummy when available. The cafe feels like a check-in spot, but furniture is set up to encourage sitting and chatting with friends. There are often clothes, bags, and scarves on sale that bring the thrifting vibe, as well as supporting local designers. Great spot! Come with...
