I also noticed that other reviews mention a slight French influence, but in the end, the issue isn’t about authenticity—it’s that nothing really stands out in terms of taste. My main advice to the restaurant would be to seriously work on seasoning and not hesitate to use more spices to enhance the flavors. The meat, in particular, wasn’t tender or refined enough, which was disappointing considering the restaurant’s high-end positioning.
