Bliss Spa — Local services in Hà Nội

Went to this place because it was right next to our hotel. Service itself was good, but unfortunately the place didn’t feel very clean and smelled quite stuffy.

Watched 4 customers get leg massages and leave, yet the towels they had their legs on never got changed. Even the microfiber towels on the hand rests looked unwashed.

Masseurs also constantly talking and laughing, you can’t really “relax” and get the vibe that they are gossiping about customers which can be unpleasant for some.

Prices are apparently not fixed; saw an older male customer haggle with the store owner and get a 100k discount on the spot 😅
