I have always liked this restaurant on previous occasions but my experience yesterday left much to be desired. While the restaurant decor is great with many exhibits of unique Vespa motor bikes, the service during lunch yesterday was atrocious! Our group of three ordered a pizza, a large salad, and my order of linguine with salmon. The salad came right away and was very good and the pizza came out shortly after. However we waited and waited during lunch hour for my linguine. We asked three different waitresses three different times about where my order was and we're told that it would be two or three minutes. After waiting a half an hour for my order we talked to one of the waitresses who said there had been a mistake in the kitchen and it would be another 5 minutes. All in all, I waited for over 40 minutes for linguine which is very simple to make to be served to me. Fortunately, I am on vacation while my two colleagues are still working in Hanoi. One of my colleagues explained to the waitress that she should tell the manager that in the United States when this kind of mistake occurs the meal would be given to the guest for free. She understood what was said but did not talk to the manager who was at the bar. In the end we were charged the full amount for a meal for which I waited over 40 minutes.. Regardless of my feelings for this restaurant, this is not acceptable service, especially for an...

The pizza came oval in shape with some white dough not fully cooked inside. I'm far from an informed connoisseur of Italian cuisine but uncooked white dough does seem abit odd. My aunt rejected the dish outright and asked for the chef to make her a typical round pizza instead.
The rest of the dinner went well and everything tasted delicious. Oh ya, except that my watermelon milk shake have no hint of milk in it.. but I can...
