Very much looking forward to visiting this location but very disappointed with the overall experience. Please allow me to explain.

When paying our bill they didn’t have smaller bills for change, this was at 3:30pm. You’re in business, accepting cash from customers, you should have enough change for customers. Also the female cashier gave us an attitude, shocked…

There is RUM in the egg coffee. I am allergic and not able to drink alcohol. I drank the coffee without knowing. I asked the staff and they confirmed there was alcohol in their ingredients to make this specific drink. On the menu, it does not say there is alcohol on this drink. This is very important but what is more of upsetting is the fact that I told all the staff here I am not able to drink alcohol, but they still stood there and just looked at me. Not offering another drink or even water. The customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE and it’s sad that these younger adults are not aware of proper servicing in FNB. If you are reading this and customer service is important to you, I personally do not recommend you coming here. The coffee is passable, though it seems to be aiming a bit too high. The shop itself is a comfortable mid-size, neither too cramped nor overly spacious. Parking is limited, so finding a scooter spot might be challenging, but the staff will gladly assist. The counter staff is courteous, and you can ask them via remote communication to check if seats are free on the second floor. The beverage itself is fairly standard, made by a machine, and tastes fine but not outstanding. You’ll find the entrance to the second floor on the right, and the store has a noticeable perfume scent that’s pleasant but comes off as slightly forced. I had such a wonderful experience at VOU The drinks were absolutely amazing. Full of flavour and made with care. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great coffee and a cozy vibe!
