I walked past this store on my way back to my accommodation and their sign with Bun cha caught my eye. So i thought I'd give a try later on. When i returned back around 5pm, Buncha was already sold out. A bit disappointed but the kind lady offered Nem ran (40k), crab spring rolls with the same soup, salad and noodles. Upon first bite, was filled with emotion.... The soup was nothing like I've ever tasted, it was full bodied and slight peppery taste. I had been trying to find the chance again to go back and try... Read moreI seem to have trouble finding hidden gems. This place was no different. Though it took some extra time, in HaNoi rain. But the trek was well worth it. Ms Nhung was super sweet and friendly. Her stall did not stood out from the other merchants. But her smile and charm did. Not to mention her 3rd generation food offerings of Bun Cha, Nem Cua Be, and my favorite, Bun Oc.
