Ellie - An Absolutely Spectacular Stay! Our experience at Fiesta Central Hanoi exceeded every expectation! From the moment we stepped into the elegant lobby, we were treated like royalty. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort - their warm hospitality and attention to detail were truly remarkable. A special shout out to Ellie, who was incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay! She made sure every aspect of our visit was perfect and always greeted us with a genuine smile. Ellie and all the staff members truly exemplify what exceptional customer service means - they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made us feel like part of the family. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed with modern amenities that made us feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had the best sleep of our entire trip. The bathroom was spotless with luxurious toiletries that added a spa-like touch to our stay. The location is absolutely perfect - right in the heart of Hanoi with easy access to all the major attractions, amazing restaurants, and vibrant street life. Yet the hotel itself was a peaceful oasis where we could retreat and recharge. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with an incredible variety of both local Vietnamese cuisine and international options. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. We cannot recommend Fiesta Central Hanoi highly enough! We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and unfortunately faced multiple issues during our stay.

First, we were given a smaller standard room instead of the deluxe room we had booked. The standard room was barely 120 sq. ft. including the washroom, which made it very cramped for two people to even keep luggage and move around comfortably.

Inside the room, basic amenities were not functional – there was no hot water connection and the AC wasn’t working properly.

On the hospitality front, the experience was disappointing. Since we didn’t opt for room cleaning on Day 2 (as we were out all day), we requested the complimentary water bottles on Day 3, but this was denied with the reasoning that they “did not have records of Day 2 logs.” This was very surprising and unlike any decent hotel service we’ve experienced before.

Adding to the discomfort, there was continuous drilling noise at 6:15 AM for more than 30 minutes, disturbing our sleep.

Lastly, the review system feels manipulated – during checkout, we were pressured to give a positive review on Agoda while we were in a rush, which makes us doubt the authenticity of the overall ratings.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff and receptionist were very friendly and helpful, and she spoke English quite well. She even upgraded us to a suite room with a balcony view at no extra charge, which was such a pleasant surprise!

The room wasn’t very spacious, but it was well-equipped with excellent facilities. The amenities were complete — including a smart TV, coffee and tea, bottled water, and a hairdryer. We especially loved the bathroom mirror that lights up with just a touch, such a cool feature!

They also provide an airport transfer service at a reasonable price (250,000 VND) and are very responsive. The receptionist helped us book it that morning when we were in a rush to catch our flight, so we didn’t have to wait for a taxi or Grab driver.

Breakfast was decent. There weren’t many options, but everything we tried was good. The location is also perfect, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, within walking distance to many attractions. There’s even a night market nearby where you can shop for clothes and other fashion items at affordable prices.
