I have been to this establishment a few times. I was first here earlier this year when I was visiting Hanoi. At the time, I went here with someone else and we had a few drinks and some food and I had a good time. The lighting, music, as well as the interior decoration created good vibes so I decided to go again this time around by myself. I ordered a cocktail as well as some truffle fries. The drinks were good, but it was pretty crowded so I unable to sit at the bar (not a big deal) so I sat at a table.
However, I decided I wanted the wagyu burger instead of the truffle fries (which I initially ordered). I didn’t know they had the wagyu burger because they didn’t give me the food menu until way later after I had already ordered the fries. So I asked them if I could exchange the uneaten fries for the wagyu burger (since they didn’t give me the food menu initially). They said I could not and forced me to eat the fries. Okay, no big deal so I kept the fries and ate a few pieces (maybe 6-7) and didn’t like it and left the rest uneaten.
My point is, what kind of western establishment forces an order on you especially if you haven’t it eaten yet? Additionally, I didn’t like the item and barely ate any of it. Like I can’t even exchange it even if I didn’t like it and barely ate any of it? I finished my cocktail but barely ate the food. I was planning on ordering more but the whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth so I paid the whole bill and left the bar for another one down the block. I didn’t want to get in an argument since I’m non confrontational.
It is a shame because I have been here a few times in the past and have had a decent experience but I’m not sure I would come back in the future.
PS: I never leave bad reviews (look at my...

This is now one of my favourite bars in the world. We had no idea what to expect when we wandered in here one random Monday night, but I was absolutely blown away!
The atmosphere is fabulous. From the awe-inspiring bar with a towering 2-storey drinks shelf, to the indoor balcony-style dining area, to the classy, well ventilated smoking lounge – this place is a beautiful blend of modern bar and classic 1920's France-meets-Hollywood style. Add to that the sophisticated vibe and the deep bass of the tasteful music, and you've got one of Hanoi's best places to wine and dine.
The food is a DREAM! Without a doubt the best burger I've had in my entire life (a delicious Wagyu beef burger). And being Swabian I had to try the German Spätzle, which were absolutely amazing. The drinks are great, and although pricey, the experience is truly worth it.
The service is fantastic: from the bar staff to the waiters, everyone is very friendly, personable, and fun.

Regardless you guys got an amazing set up but please. What a disgrace to all hospo worker. Me and my Gf had a glass of pinot grigio and a side car cocktails which are horrific. The bottle of wine got no date around the bottle that made me feel like i have had a amazing vinegar for my salad then my ugliest side car came unbalanced which the sourness to the moon and not even coming back.
Ive told the waitor whose he said he just a waiter and dont know much ab these drinks made me about to explode. Guys do your homework, know your products. He offered us a drink as an apology but thats too late, he could have ask our feedback a while ago not after paid. The manager stood there like he was so over the night. Neither any approachment nor opening the door for guests while leaving or even saying goodbye.
Dont be mad when you are reading this because you guys can do much better...
