Kohibito Đinh Lễ — Restaurant in Hà Nội

I come to Kohibito often, mainly because it is close to work. The outdoor space is the highlight, relaxed and pleasant, with the potential to be beautiful at night if the lighting were improved. Indoors feels cramped and bare, useful only for a quiet work session.

The drinks are fine, especially some of the summer options, but they stop short of being memorable. The ideas are good, the execution just okay. The bakery, on the other hand, is weak and forgettable. I would happily pay more for a stronger menu of premium drinks to match the setting.

In the end, I keep returning out of convenience rather than enthusiasm. Kohibito has the location and charm to be outstanding, but it never quite reaches...

This is a great cafe in the heart of the city. It has a nice courtyard with plenty of fans and even an airconditioned indoor space. However if you are a coffee nerd Kohibito is a must visit. The dedication that they put into preparing a single origin espresso is both observable through the glass walls of the kitchen and tangible through the delicate taste you'll experience in your cup. Take note of the single dose grinders, the marzocco espresso machine and the stirring spoon you'll find resting by your cup. True...

Love the location, concept, the owner is nice. The price is a bit pricey but I guess the location is prime.

But I wasn't happy with the service, the staff seemed ok, but when I asked 1 simple thing which I wanted a ristretto instead of an espresso (just a shorter shot of espresso), they turned me down right away by telling me they don't do special drinks outside the menu.

With an expensive Coffee grinder, Coffee machine and big bean board. Customers should have been able to modify/specially request...
