The pictures on the internet give the idea that this hotel has great facilities - nonetheless that is not the case. The lobby is exactly as the pictures show - spotless - but apart from that, get ready for disappointment. No laundry services available, when you shower get ready for a flooded bathroom or room if you take a longer shower. The breakfast is terrible - we got stomach aches after having breakfast there is our first morning in Hanoi. We simply did not come back to the breakfast room. The staff are kind but don’t speak a reasonable English. We asked for advice on a tour around Hanoi and the answer was “don’t have, don’t have”….. In one of the mornings and 7 am cleaning ladies aggressively tried to enter in our room. We went to the door and they started to run away through the corridor. When we got ready we went to the reception and told them about this episode, they laughed and said that they already knew about the episode. Old room: moisture everywhere inside the room, lack of hot water., expensive price, higher than many other standard nearby -Dirty kitchen, many rats and baby cockroaches run on preparing arear fake 4stars, does not have gym. walkin tried to get a room but policy required have to pay full price before see the room, after that, i don’t want to stay because ò moisture smell and dirty but no refund, only accept cancel 30days before while i’ve just walkin. No locker room fire system old and weak, verry dangerous bellman and the manager forced me to stop taking pictures no parking service Booing.com already put this hotel...

This is not it, I ordered the fried rice with beef and pork, and I also bought a whiskey sour cocktail. This cost me almost 450k vnd, and while not very expensive it was not worth it.

The fried rice dish was bland, didn't really taste of much and was quite boring. You get a big spoon for soup, and it's served on these leaves overall making it really hard to eat. The dish itself was also just tasteless and didn't really feel freshly made.

My cocktail while being a whiskey sour didn't taste like it at all, putting a lime into the drink itself doesn't make it a whiskey sour. Big disappointment.
