22:30 ngày 27/8 KHÔNG BAO GIỜ QUAY TRỞ LẠI. Một khách sạn lớn, sang trọng nhưng lại để tồn tại nhân viên quá thiếu tinh tế và vô duyên như vậy thì không thể chấp nhận được.

Mình đi hẹn hò với bạn nam người nước ngoài. Trong suốt buổi nói chuyện, bọn mình dùng tiếng Anh, mọi thứ vẫn bình thường. Đến lúc bê đồ ra, nhân viên này vẫn nói chuyện bằng tiếng Anh với bạn nam. Thế nhưng đến khi thanh toán thì thái độ lại hoàn toàn khác: cầm hóa đơn dí thẳng vào mặt mình, nói tiếng Việt và nhất quyết bắt mình phải trả vì sắp đóng cửa, đuổi khéo mình đi trong khi trên google Map ghi 00:00h mới đóng. Mình đã nhắc nhẹ rằng bạn nam sẽ đứng ra thanh toán, nhưng nhân viên đó vẫn cố chấp, không thèm giải thích cho bạn nam hiểu, cũng không chịu giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh mà chỉ chăm chăm đẩy trách nhiệm sang mình.

Trong một không gian sang trọng, đặc biệt là tình huống rõ ràng là buổi hẹn hò, chưa bao giờ mình thấy nhân viên ở bất kỳ nhà hàng hay khách sạn nào lại THIẾU TẾ NHỊ và VÔ DUYÊN như vậy. Thái độ ngại giao tiếp với khách nước ngoài và hành xử vô duyên như vậy không chỉ khiến trải nghiệm của mình trở nên khó chịu, mà còn làm mất mặt trước bạn đi cùng.
