Charming homestay owned by local family. From booking to checking out, they were nothing but kind and accomodating. We felt very welcomed staying at their place. The host speaks English fluently so it is very easy to communicate with her. During our stay, if we had anything to ask, she was always at least one text away.
We rented their motorbike which we felt were reasonably priced (150k VND per day). This saved us a lot of time to research and eliminated any worries of potentially getting scammed / gouged by unknown motorbike rentals. Without this bike, we wouldn't have been able to explore the city and surrounding areas as much as we did.
Personally I have only good thing to say about this homestay. The surrounding area is very quiet since it's far from city center. But I always felt safe and everything I need was just a quick ride away. Even going to city center / Old Town took only around 10minutes by motorbike.
Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. AC in the room worked properly and was cold. The shower-room was also clean and well-maintained.
You can also buy mineral water from them for 10k VND for the 1.5L bottle. They could've easily jacked up the price for "convenience" reasons, but I was glad they didn't.
I pray for good health and happiness for the family. Hopefully we can...

The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated and has a balcony with a gorgeous view of the rice fields and vegetable garden below. The air conditioning worked well and was quiet, and there's a nice breeze in the daytime if you leave your door open. And finally, the hosts here were very friendly and accommodating. I wholeheartedly recommend this homestay to anyone lucky enough to be staying...
