Our foreign employee was left stranded at the airport despite already paid for Mvillage’s pickup service

We were extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Mvillage. Based on the positive reviews we found on Google, our company decided to reserve rooms at their Nguyen Van Thu establishment for several employees who were traveling from different cities and countries.

To ensure a smooth arrival for one of our foreign coworkers who was visiting Saigon for the first time, we specifically arranged airport pickup service with Mvillage. However, upon arrival, our coworker was left stranded at the airport as no one from Mvillage showed up to pick him up as previously arranged.

In an attempt to resolve the situation, we made numerous phone calls to the hotel and even tried reaching them through their hotline number. Unfortunately, our efforts were met with complete silence as no one responded to our calls. This entire experience was absolutely dreadful, especially considering that our coworker was unfamiliar with the country and relied on the promised assistance.

It is disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism and reliability from a service provider, especially when it directly impacts the well-being and comfort of our employees. Not suited for elderly to either access via slope or stairs 2. Not all rooms are lift landing. But they were kind enough to change due to my knee issues3. Their towels have a damp smell.4. They do not have a proper check in counter. Everything is on WA and they will come to you. Their reaction is pretty quick.5. Those with heavy and big luggage is not ideal. Additionally, the cleanliness of the basement area was disappointing, both when entering and leaving. This is something that should be addressed to create a better first impression.While the room was good, I felt the facilities could be more widely available and better maintained to attract more customers.
