I booked the bus from the grand Ho tram and asked if I can get out of the bus on a way at d2, the operator said that of course I can which makes total sense since I didn’t asked to make any turns. The driver refused to stop and I had to spent extra 1 hour at the bus and the taxi with extra cost. He said that they have rules that they don’t stop. Công ty không có bãi giữ xe cho khách khi đi du lịch, bãi giữ xe toà nhà 217 Nguyễn Văn Thủ thì bảo vệ hách dịch gây khó dễ và không cho khách gửi xe khi đi du lịch Hồ Tràm. Đề nghị Cty nên làm việc lại với bảo vệ, thích thì cho khách gừi xe , không thích thì đuổi đi, mặc dù có nói rõ mục đích gửi xe là để đi du lịch Hồ Tràm, nhưng trong ca trực ngày 18/06/2020 lúc 9h50 thì nhân viên bảo vệ ở đây khong cho gừi xe với lý do ' đi du lịch Hồ Tràm không được gửi xe ở đây" Thật là bất tiện khi đăng ký đi du lịch mà không đươc gửi xe khi còn những nhân viên bảo vệ như trên.
