We wanted to dine at Secret Garden but it was full for our group of 6 pax (4 adults and 2 children under 6 years old).
So we ended up at this place, which the staff told us that it's run by the same owner of Secret Garden. In fact, this shop sells Northen food and Secret Garden sells Southern food.
Thus, we decided to dine here since it seems interesting to us as we peeked at what other diners are having.
The food did not disappoint. It was interesting and it was our first time trying out more types of Northern Vietnamese food.
The English speaking hunk was very helpful. He told us what to order and how much food to order. We were impressed with his service. He even went to dig out 4 cheese crackers for my 2 children 😆
Will definitely recommend.

We politely ordered the dishes and had no idea why she showed us the terrible attitude as if we're beggars. Totally lost my appetite and the foods were flavorless to me since then. Read moreMy friends and I've tested almost all menu available and all of them is really nice. Note for the shrimp paste / dipping sauce for the tofu, that strong smell could be unacceptable for someone (like me) but my friend says it was so good. No harm giving it a try and later on whether you want to continue with it is on you.
Decoration wise is nice and special for me as a tourist. Worth a few shots to be taken. Their staff speak limited English, a place for you to practice...
