Tối qua mình có dịp trải nghiệm set menu đặc biệt “La Vie En Rose” tại Glam Dining, và phải nói là đúng chuẩn “đẹp như một bản tình ca nước Pháp” – từ cách trình bày đến hương vị đều rất tinh tế và nghệ thuật. Mỗi món ăn là một chương truyện nhỏ dẫn dắt mình đi qua những cung bậc cảm xúc khác nhau.

Mystique Omakase Tarte Món khai vị cực kỳ ấn tượng, kết hợp vị tươi mát từ hải sản với lớp tarte giòn rụm, điểm thêm trứng cá đen sang trọng. Mở màn đầy bất ngờ!

Blossom Beef Salad Salad bò hoa nở mang đến cảm giác thanh mát nhưng vẫn đậm đà. Thịt bò tái vừa chín tới, ăn cùng rau xanh và sốt đặc biệt khiến món salad không hề nhàm chán.
