This is a place to visit if you are in the area. The cafe is on the corner with very little space to park your bike, Definitely not car park. There are three levels where you can find a seat. The very top level was empty and a bit hot during our visit. If you can find a seat near the window you will get a nice view of the pink church. It is funny how the main focus of the coffee place is the fact that has a great view to the church. At the bottom level you order and when your order is ready your buzzers will go on and you are ready to enjoy your drink. This is a coffee chain in Vietnam so the drinks are just ok.
Read moreNestled just opposite the renowned pink church in Saigon, this café presents itself as an opportune location for visitors who couldn't get a chance to witness the grandeur of the iconic landmark due to its occasional closure. We stumbled upon the bustling café on our visit and were immediately drawn to its charming green theme and inviting ambiance.
Spread over three floors of seating, the café even boasts a balcony that overlooks the picturesque view of the pink church, providing an excellent photo opportunity. The café is always packed with locals and tourists alike, but the staff is friendly and welcoming, making the experience enjoyable.
As for the drinks, we opted for the classic coconut coffee and the refreshing honey kumquat tea. While both drinks were excellent, we've had even better versions elsewhere in Vietnam. Nevertheless, the quality of the drinks was good enough, and we would recommend this café as a great find for anyone looking for a cozy and photogenic spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in Saigon.

Read moreVisited in the morning of 20 March 2023. Attitude of the staffs were atrocious. Be prepared to get screamed at, the moment you enter. The girls will force you to order first and stand at the walkway to block you from walking any further. Upon ordering, the cashier was extremely rude as well. I asked if we could have less condensed milk in the drink and she said “we won’t sell it to you. go to another store”. That was totally uncalled for. We also asked for the size difference between small and large and she rolled her eyes at us, telling us to order first, then we will know how big/small the cup is. This was the worst service we’ve ever had in HCM city. As we wanted to try Cong cafe’s coconut regardless, we let it slide and got the signature coconut cocoa and brown hot coffee. The coconut cocoa was super icy, barely any coconut or chocolate taste, tasting like plain slushie. Coffee was alright, tasted more like hot chocolate for some reason. Overall a...
