Goobne Chicken — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

I would not recommend this place. We went and waited over 45 minutes to get our food, when asked why they noted they were out of chicken and had to prepare a new batch. I understand but I don't understand why they didn't tell us before hand. In addition, they brought out the wrong sauce of chicken. We told one of the waiters and he stated it was right. It wasn't until we called another waitress to verify that they went and change the chicken. Then the waiter we had spent over 10 minutes trying to wrap the cheese on the chicken, unsuccessful. What's funny is that the other waitress just stood there watching him even though she could have easily just taken over. In the end we had to call her over to re-do the cheese part. Overall this place isn't that good to have to go through all that. I would not recommend this place and would not come back especially when there's plenty of other places...

I will be objective in my comments. Me, my wife and baby stood outside the entrance, no customer inside, no one served us. They were all behind the counter. We walked 1 round, came back, no customers, still no one served us. We took the initiation to sit down. 2 staffs were talking to a customer who apparently ordered more than a dozen chicken wings. Waiter came over, took out order with a cold attitude, went back to prepare the 2 juices which tasted 100% syrup and sugar. Took ages for him to prepare. When they served us, I just asked for the bill as I did not feel welcome and will not come back again. All this happen when we were the only 2 customers eating in. I don't know what would have happened if...

Trước đây mình ăn bên Q7 mà hiện đóng cửa rồi nên mình qua đây ăn. Nhân viên bên đây rất hời hợt mỗi lần cần gọi 5-6 lần mới đc nhìn tới, NV ko đc train kỹ hở tới cái gì cũng ko biết. Bạn nhân viên ra nấu lẩu cho mình dặn mình duy trì lửa nhỏ như vậy rồi ăn. Xong mình nghe mùi khét mình kêu lại hỏi thì bảo lẩu này phải khuấy liên tục nên thông cảm dùm, mình ko đồng ý vì lúc nãy bạn có dặn đâu mà mình biết khuấy ? Mình yêu cầu đổi nồi lẩu khác cho mình thì vào hỏi tới lui 1 hồi buộc đồng ý đổi, mình ăn cái UFO quy trình là các bạn sẽ quấn phomai dùm KH, bạn NV nói thẳng quán e bận e làm mẫu xong tự ăn tự quấn dùm ?!? Rồi phần cơm trộn trứng, mình dặn rõ làm trứng ốpla cho mình lấy lòng đỏ trộn cơm, xong tí đem ra ko có , hỏi thì nói thông cảm bên e ko có trứng ốpla ? Mình hỏi vậy mình kêu riêng đc ko, bạn ấy nói đc , mua thêm thì 10k , mình ok luôn, xong xíu vô trong ra nói lại ko có trứng bán luôn?!? Ăn 3 món , món nào cũng có chuyện, nhân viên ko nắm rõ Menu, lúc nói này lúc nói kia, lúc xảy ra vấn đề thì giải quyết kiểu đỗ hết lỗi cho KH tự chịu ( trong khi nhân viên ko hướng dẫn) rất bực mình .
