KATINAT Hàm Nghi — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Pretty happy with their services and drinks. The staffs was friendly with smile, coffee served taste good and fragrance better than another popular chain store, love their tea selections too, peach tea was very refreshing. This store have quite alot seats in my opinion but I saw other comments it's the smallest branch they been to, I have seen another even smaller branch nearby. Staff was kind to give me some water top up when I asked for it, other popular chain store said they don't give water. So overall I will be back to Katinat again and not the other...

Drink is okay. But treat customer like trash… 🫠🤷🏻‍♀️

They dont allow to park, we can understand and follow the rule but thing is when my friend come inside, they even dont wanna let my friend order the food (:

Also the security even asked is to “move!!” ??? Even we are parking in public area.. and we even pleased him to let us wait a bit for the grab taxi come….
