KUC — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

A cozy place to enjoy a few drinks. Delicious food but need some improvements:

• Cheesy Bacon French Fries, the sauce was so yummy, savoury and sweet, the potato was too soft and floppy though and so little cheese. 7/10
• Fried Chicken Wings with 2 type of dipping sauces, I chose Sate and Buffalo for the sauces, the chicken was crispy but they were very tiny wings. The Sate sauce was okay, the Buffalo sauce was better, tasted like Steak sauce, both were not spicy as advertised though. 7/10
• I also ordered some Chicken sausages, simply sausage, tender but nothing special, still good to help gulping down a few drinks. 6/10

Drinks: the beers were okay, I didn't try the fruity beers and soda, but the Bay beer was not so bad. I would prefer some craft beers though.

Cheap price, consider the portion of each dish.

Service: Excellent. Very polite and attentive staffs.

Atmosphere : a small warm and quiet place with only a few tables. Suitable for couples and group of less...

We were a party of 3 and arrived at around 6:30pm. The restaurant closes at 11:30pm. There were about two empty areas available for us to be seated at apart from the unoccupied folded chairs and tables in front of the store. The restaurant only had one table of customers. We were told that they don't have any tables available, which was bizarre, considering that after they turned us away they delivered food across the stree to another establishment. We were very confused and offended. We do not want to make any assumptions about why we were turned away but it is the first time that we have experienced anything like this in Saigon. We live in the area and probably would've been regulars. Disappointed and will definitely not be giving them...

Always feeling upmood whenever spending time with my dear friends at this hidden cozy place. Highly recommend "Cheese bacon fries🍟" uhm...and others food in the menu are also great! All the staffs & boss are super nice & friendly 💯 P.S: wanna try new beer 🍻(not in the menu), just...
