P.I.P houses — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

Wonderful place. We extended our stay once and are currently thinking about staying even longer. Because of the extension we had to move rooms since the one we stayed in first was already booked out for the next days. Both rooms and bathrooms were really clean and well furnished. We even had a tv and our own fridge, which we left unplugged because there are public ones in both kitchens. There is a really spacious kitchen on the rooftop terrace and one on the first floor, both also have free drinking water coming out of filters. The feel of the place is like a hostel, you can cook for yourself and there are many other guests to interact with. Because we arrived late at night by plane from Da Nang we texted them if it would be alright to check in at 2am in the morning which was no problem at all. It costs around 100k for a grab from the airport and if you give them the right address (418/2 Vo Van Tan, ward 5, district 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam) they will drop you off right in front of the hostel. Nếu mọi người đến vì cái view nhà tắm này thì mọi người đến đúng rồi á, bởi vì chỉ có cái view này là khiến mình hài lòng chứ nước rất yếu. Phòng ngủ máy chiếu thì chill nhưng giường hay bị tích điện, nhà tắm trong phòng thì mùi cống nước rất hôi và nước cũng yếu luôn. Bếp dùng chung nên rất dơ, mình muốn dùng phải rửa lại hết tất cả. Trong phòng có để 2 ly sứ, sáng mình muốn pha cà phê thì một ly nó đã bị nứt sẵn nên là tràn cà phê tùm lum. Nói chung không gian, và dịch vụ thì không tệ vì ít nhất mình vẫn tận hưởng tốt, nhưng để quay lại thì không vì chất lượng nơi ở, và các chức năng quá yếu cần cải thiện nhiều.
