Read moreI finally went to L'Usine Lê Thánh Tôn last night with some friends, and it was a bit of a mixed bag. It definitely has a cool vibe. The staff were super friendly and attentive, which is always a plus. We got there a little late, around 8:30 pm, and were surprised to learn the kitchen closes at 9 pm, last order at 8:30 pm sharp! We scrambled a bit to look over the menu, which is all in English. Prices are definitely on the higher side, but that wasn't too unexpected for the area.

Ambiance and Design: The design of L’Usine is impeccable and high-quality, arguably unrivaled in the city. It’s a fantastic place to host friends and family, given its touch of history and vibe. The combination of a cafe and gift shop adds to its charm. Breakfast Menu: L’Usine places significant emphasis on their breakfast menu. I tried the English breakfast and the eggs benedict with salmon. Out of all the items I sampled, the eggs benedict was my absolute favorite. The flavors were spot-on, and the quality was impressive. Prices and Value: While L’Usine is slightly on the higher end in terms of prices, it offers good value for the overall experience. It’s more of a destination recommendation than a daily routine spot. If you’re looking for a pleasant meal with attention to detail, this is a great choice. In summary, L’Usine provides a mix of history, design, and flavorful dishes. Whether you’re there for breakfast or other meals, you’re likely to enjoy your time at this...
