Terrible Experience – Avoid!

Our stay at Madison Saigon, managed by Angia Hospitality, was a complete disaster. We booked through Hotels.com, expecting a spacious, centrally located apartment, but when we arrived, we were informed that the apartment we paid for was no longer available. Instead, we were put into a car and taken to Rixx Marq, which is managed by the same people as Angia Hospitality. This new apartment was smaller, further from the city center, and did not match the description or price of what we had booked. To make matters worse, there was a sign in the lobby stating that short-term rentals are illegal, which raised serious concerns about the legitimacy of the property.

Things only got worse. On the second day of our stay, the water was cut off, leaving us unable to shower or even flush the toilet. We were forced to move to a different hotel, paying for two accommodations out of pocket since they refused to issue a refund. When we contacted management, their response was slow, unhelpful, and dismissive. We felt completely scammed by both Angia Hospitality and Hotels.com, as no effort was made to resolve the situation or offer any form of compensation.

Signs indicated short-term rentals are illegal. No refund or compensation, leaving us to pay for two accommodations. This experience ruined our trip. I strongly advise others to avoid booking with Madison Saigon and Angia Hospitality. They are unprofessional, untrustworthy, and I will never book...

Gorgeous cafe...BUT ordered chips with bacon & cheese absolutely awful!!! Stale, oily chips, bacon was not fresh we were there appx 2hrs ago and I'm already sick, vomiting and diahoreha!!!!.....139,000VND! Rip off! I advised waiter but he just smiled and said thank you!! Stay away! The place is full of selfie girls that purchase 1 drink and take up all area with their accessories, camera lights,sticks etc! It's so annoying! They get upset when you walk past them while they're taking 500 selfie's !!!! DO...

All style and no substance. Nice ambience but the food and drink does not taste good.

One of the worst coffees I've ever had (Vietnamese iced latte), it was like drinking pure sugar syrup. I asked to exchange it but they wouldn't let me.

Also the steak was very poor. The sign outside advertises a scotch fillet steak but on the menu it just says beef steak. It wasn't a scotch fillet and it had no seasoning, I had to ask for salt and pepper which was eventually provided in...
