Mylife Bistro — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

The best yard in Saigon is ruined by managers that don't even know the basics about hospitality and service. You can hear two different music songs at the same time in the yard and no one seems to bother unless you report it . You can order a coffee and they can say sorry we can't serve now because the staff of the bar is having a meeting. Not to mention that every now and then new waiters are being hired that do not have anyone to teach them at least the basics. Needless to say that they don't speak English at all. Furthermore,the music is low quality music and loud not any comparison with their opposite bistro Propaganda that plays the best music in Saigon at the correct volume. I hope this place will soon be taken by some people who at least have some common sense otherwise the best spot in Saigon will go waste it. Night experience Parking: in front, including motorbikes and cars Space: spacious outdoor, the indoor seems cozy and also roomy, seems like there are two areas (walk in and you’ll see) = suitable for office meeting (small scale) and business “chit-chats” in my pov Drinks: kinda light for me, but good for those without a sweet tooth Staff: good with ordering and nice with customers Music/Atmosphere: again, cozy (as of the night I visited) and I liked the fact that everyone minded their own business THE view: AWESOME. From the front deck, you can see the centre of the city with all the famous landmarks: the Independence Palace, Notre Dame Catheral of Saigon, Diamond Plaza and so on. I had a pretty experience at this restaurant. I saw the friendliness and happiness of the staff when they welcomed us. The restaurant is large but has quite a little employees, but they still take care of us when we need them and respond promptly. Introducing delicious and unique Vietnamese dishes, especially "Fried Chicken Cartilage". I saw that the restaurant was rated 1 star, but luckily I trusted it to dine here and found that everything was fine.
