Nhà hàng Parsley — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

I came here for dinner and asked if a pasta dish could be altered to suit my vegetarian needs (asked to have a pasta dish without the pepperoni). The waitress told me that this was not possible as the meat was already in the sauce and she asked the chef if there were more vegetarian options to which there was and I ordered this. I also ordered some cheese fries with my meal. I waited about 30 minutes for my pasta dish. It came without my side of fries so I asked the waiter a few minutes later if my cheese fries were on the way, as I thought perhaps they were slightly delayed. She then told me that the cheese fries actually aren’t available tonight and instead of telling me this when she found out, she told me that the chef just put some extra cheese on my pasta??? I then asked if I could have a portion of normal fries. Fifteen minutes minutes later, I was well finished my pasta and the fries still had not arrived. I asked the waiter several times if they were on the way or being prepared and she asked me to wait 4 more minutes because I ordered them after I received my meal. I waited 35 minutes for these fries and it was over one hour since I originally ordered my meal. The fries then came out cold, soggy and no flavour off them. It seemed like they were put in a microwave. They were inedible. I was going to get a dessert but just had an awful experience and wanted to leave asap. I am giving this place 2 stars because I’m pasta actually was nice and the restaurant’s interiors...

Lần đầu tôi đi ăn 1 nơi mà có cách ứng xử tệ như vậy Tôi có gọi điện thoại đặt bàn trước 2 ngày và kèm theo trang trí sinh nhật. Nhân viên đã xác nhận ok và hỏi tôi đầy đủ thông tin. Nhưng khi đến nơi tôi nói có đặt bàn trước thì nv ở đây hình như không biết gì cả. 1 lát kiểm tra thì hướng dẫn tôi lên lầu 4. Hd cho tôi 1 cái bàn thường k trang trí sinh nhật. Đến khi tôi nhắc thì nhân viên nữ mới hướng tôi đến bàn có có trang trí sinh nhật Tôi gọi món xong hết rồi. Thì nv nam nói tôi ngồi nhầm bàn rồi. Bàn này đã có người đặt trước sau đó chỉ tôi qua 1 bàn khác ( kiểu cho có). 1 cái nhà hàng sang trọng mà cách phục vụ của nv rất là kém. Nv nam , nói chuyện với kh thì thô lỗ kém văn minh, ứng xử thì thua 1 học sinh. Trong khi đó tôi đã có đặt bàn trước + đến trước. Không có lời giải thích nào thoả đáng. Nói chuyện như kiểu nạt vô mặt và ra lệnh Khung gian ở đây tạm ok. Món ăn cũng tạm nhưng lại có thêm 1 điểm trừ là bật máy lạnh rất lạnh....

Had a lovely meal here. Good value and good service. Note that this restaurant is upstairs and you have to say you want Parsley when you walk in downstairs! Downstairs is traditional Vietnamese and also very good (I ate there when I first tried to find Parsley, assuming the place had changed...
