Excellent location in District 1. ATM on site. A small cafe inside too. A nice park outside on the opposite side. Many Indian restaurants nearby. Bui Vien walking street within walking distance. Tourist attractions closeby. Take a walk or get a cab. ||We had booked two rooms one with park view and the other with window internal no view. 906 was park view. Room was big. Bed was quite big and spacious. Bathroom was ok. Not very good. Lobby is small and there is a waynes coffee shop inside. We reached around 9.30 am and were tired. They gave us an early checkin around 12.30 pm. Standard time is 2 pm. Rooms are average.|Service is slow. Either they don’t keep towels. They don’t give you creamer or milk for tea or coffee. The staff is nice but a few are rigid. It was my sister’s birthday and I had preinformrd before coming. They had confirmed a celebration but no one had a clue. The next day of birthday they gave two hotel pouches with some toiletries that they keep in the washroom. That wasn’t good.|Room 911 I think with no view was too small and not good. AC was not cooling. They changed it to 904. There was an event happening in the night in the hotel and there was lot of noise causing disturbance in sleep. We had to complain and they had it sorted.|Breakfast area is big. They have majorly non veg food. There are raw veg and salad and fruit options for vegans. There is hardly any option for vegetarians. Tea coffee breads juices etc are available|At the time of checkout they came up with something new. The small towel had a foundation or compact stain on it and the bedsheet had a minor stain of oil. We had a kid with us and she might have dropped. They asked us to pay full price for the towels since these weren’t washable and pay for the chemical to wash the bedsheet. Some 210000 vnd. We were shocked. After discussing and the staff at reception said they will check with the manager and waived it but it was surprising. I was having breakfast with my friend who also represent travel agent from Europe in your hotel and friend notice there is a lady walked stylish and arrogantly like she a model but she not, walked along on foods displayed and instructed the staff' how the foods display should be. My friend thought it be nice to speak to someone who is in charge and tell how can improve your hotel service and what can be done to make it better, so he try to be polite and said "excuse me" as she passby with the staff, she arrogantly passby and ignored my friend calling few time although on high voice tone, she still ignore until get attention from the staff and asked what he help him and my mentioned about about the cheese was exposed not in cool box can cause cheese spoilt and food poisoning, is that wrong to advise the good things for your hotel become better ?..And WHY she so ARROGANT ? is she the owner of the hotel and can she speak English? And why avoiding a guest comments. You need guest to get your business running especially in service line business, and your hotel not even 4Star hotel.She really screwed up your hotel reputations, if she only working in hotel, the owner she do something but if she one of the owner it is too bad, you yourself bring your hotel down with this kind attitudes. That's showed money conquering the attitudes and behavior on individual.
Sorry to say this as im not going to recommend your to my tour group as well my friend for group from Europe as this part our job to survey and report to our company.
