Nhân Sushi — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

I just had dinner last night for 2 at this restaurant Cons: I strongly disagree with this restaurant’s policy for allowing customers to smoke inside the main room at the sushi bar when the chefs are preparing food. Staff even provided the smoking tray 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ (what the hell???). Smoke from cigarettes made me cough a lot and it even affected the sashimi that we ate!!! How can we enjoy those fresh food with that nasty smell and smoke all around??? And come on there are kids and women inside, maybe pregnant women too?!!! You guys need to consider about this!!! Pros: anyway, I was quite surprised with the menu because this restaurant has large of combinations of many kind of foods, some of them is unique and delicious! Staffs were so so, need to wait a bit for ordering...

Had miso, black cod, salmon avocado salad, salmon avocado roll, tuna. Nothing is authentic. Miso has so much seaweed. There's pink stuff on the black cod and it doesn't taste like the really flavourful black cod but the portion is better. Salmon avocado salad - basically avocado and salmon. I have been Nhan Sushi’s customer for about 10 years and everytime I went here the experience is always good. The fish here is always fresh and they have a wide variety of fishes to choose from sometimes even rare and special ones flown from Japan.
