Location is excellent. Atmosphere very positive. Music volume prior to 9pm was good, you can easily talk with people at the same table. There were many birthday celebrations and at approx 9pm staff handed out sparklers, cakes delivered, lighting mood changed, HB song played and the volume generally turned up but still acceptable. Food was good and variety is excellent. Prices are very good. Would recommend this place and will return. Update as of 15/6/22. Arrived around 11am as they opened. Met a colleague. Ordered some drinks and food. After 20 mins they delivered 2 out of 3 dishes ordered and after waiting 10 more mins asked where the 3rd food item was. Apologies given, not ordered to kitchen! Another 5 mins or so...."sorry dish not available". Ordered another dish...only to be told 10 mins later..."not available".... I wasn't ordering anything super special...basic off the regular menu! Lots of apologies....when it came to the bill...no attempt to offer any compensation...zero zero service effort! Downgrade my previous statement about returning....to do not go! I won't be back.... There were only 3 tables the entire time we were there! Zero communication or consideration for guest...
