RuNam Boutiqiue - Landmark 81 — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

RuNam is my No.1 favourite cafe & bistro in Vietnam. Every time I'm in Vietnam I just have to come to one of their beautiful cafes and enjoy the egg coffee + authentic Vietnamese foods with premium quality. Amongst all the RuNam stores that I've been to, RuNam Landmark 81 stood out as my go-to store thanks to the convenient location and the top-notch service. This store's got limited space compared to other RuNam stores and doesn't show that much fancy decor, but the staff's service really more than enough made up for the limitations. I love how the service is very fast here and I'm always well attended to in every visit.

I'd like to highlight Mr. Hieu (the supervisor?)'s wonderful assistance regarding one of my purchases at RuNam Landmark 81. I love collecting cups and bought a few sets from RuNam over the years. One of my purchase was unfortunately faulty but I wasn't sure about it. When I've got the chance to tell Mr. Hieu about my imperfect order (which happened long ago), he immediately took my feedback and advised a solution based on the info provided. In the end I've got an exchange for the faulty cup and I'm very happy about it. Then of course I went on to buy even more cups from RuNam. It's a great gift to give people!

An Unforgettable Experience at This Incredible Spot

I want to start by emphasizing just how impressed we were with this place. After nearly three months of extensive travel across Europe for soccer trips and a brief vacation in Vietnam, our family was both delighted and exhausted. As we searched for a famous spot to enjoy brunch before heading back to Sydney, we came across a review written by a Korean traveler and decided we had to visit.

From the moment we arrived, we were at a loss for words. Starting with the warm hospitality of the manager at the entrance, the experience only improved with seat arrangements, recommendations, and assistance with ordering. The overall atmosphere felt like receiving top-tier hotel lounge service.

The quality of the food was impeccable—perfectly presented and deliciously satisfying. The level of service provided by the staff was exceptional, far exceeding expectations. Their professionalism and attentiveness brought renewed energy to our tired family and allowed us to fully embrace the joy of fine dining.

In my opinion, the experience rivaled that of renowned Michelin-starred restaurants. Even as we left the establishment, the manager's demeanor and attention to detail left a lasting impression, feeling nothing short of perfection.

We came to Runam terrace at 21:38 and we were told they're closing although working hours are until 22:00. We asked for 2 lemonades at the bar and they agreed to bring us two lemonades. They asked us if lemonades can be in take away glasses and we agreed, but instead of two half liter great lemonades we saw at the neighbouring table, we got the 3 dl lemonade put od which almost everything was ice. I was to tired to argue and didn't protest, but when I saw the receipt I was shocked! They charged us two lemonades we haven't got and it's really expensive. In Europe you get a real great lemonade for 5€! Lazy waiters - by the way one of the girls who said they're closing was all the time on the mobile chating, other boy brought us one lemonde in two glasses and charged us two leminades. I paod for it, but I suggest you rather go on the first floor to other two caffes where we were in the morning and the waiters there were really nice!
