I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Truffle team for making my birthday celebration dinner truly unforgettable - for the second time! My husband and I had an exceptional experience again on the 23rd of March at your restaurant on the 73rd floor, with breathtaking views of Ho Chi Minh City.
I was absolutely blown away by the exquisite Truffle Undergrowth Journey menu. Every dish was a masterpiece, with flavors and presentation that exceeded my expectations. The truffle seared duck foie gras royale, Porcini velouté, Hokkaido scallop, and charcoaled wagyu beef "Tajima" striploin were particularly outstanding.
My husband, on the other hand, thoroughly enjoyed the Sea Inspiration menu, which showcased the freshest seafood delicacies. He raved about the Cu Chi farm milk ricotta with Sterlet caviar, the angel hair langoustines, Hokkaido scallop and the roasted Patagonian Toothfish.
We also appreciated the lovely champagne, Billecart-Salmon Brut Réserve, which added a celebratory touch to our evening.
But what truly made our evening special was the exceptional service provided by Mia. Her attention to detail, warm smile, and anticipatory service were truly impressive. You check in at the 48th floor (reception level of the hotel) and you are greet by a host thay will walk you to the elevator and walk with you to the restaurant. There you will be invited to taste some appetizer and wine at a lounge to pick your menu. Then on to the table with the most amazing view. If you chose the wine pairing, you will be served by a knowledgeable sommelier explaining all the wine with your food. Food are amazing as well.
